Fees are determined at the time services are requested and are structured to provide fairness and equity.

At the time services are agreed upon a non-refundable retainer equivalent to 5 hours for individuals and 10 hours for institutions is expected. Thereafter billing will occur on a monthly basis.

The intent of Canon Law Professionals is to bring quality canonical services to all members of the Church. We understand that many may have difficulties paying the fees we have set. We do not wish to dissuade those unable to meet these fees and we ask that you contact us in order to discuss what might be reasonable for you.

All fees may be reduced in order to meet the restrictions of the client and some pro bono work is offered to those in need.
